Your clear understanding of IE Aesthetics’ Patient Financial Policy is important to our professional relationship. 

You are electing to undergo treatment that is not covered by insurance. Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, cashier's/bank checks, personal checks and major credit cards. 

Cancellation/No Show Policy. We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when a patient does not show up, another patient loses the opportunity to be seen. Therefore, we request that you notify the office of a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. Clients who do not notify the office of a cancellation 24 hours in advance and are not present for their scheduled appointment will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. 

Fees for various procedures vary and we will provide these fees to you at the time of your consultation.
